Success comes through rapidly fixing our
mistakes rather than getting things right first time. When failure
happens, the most important thing is to have an after event review to
provoke sufficiently deep thinking rather focusing on why we didn’t
succeed.
Once we face failure, our ego and self-imagination is the cause all our own problems.
When things begin turning out badly, our safeguard instruments kick in,
enticing us to do what we can to conceal any hint of failure confront.
It seems to be the hardest thing in the world to admit we’ve made a mistake and try to put it right. It requires you to challenge a status quo of your own making. Often when mistakes are made, there is always a tendency to dwell upon them, to regret them, or to loath them.
Dwelling upon mistakes will diminish self-confidence and creative self-expression.

Dwelling upon mistakes will diminish self-confidence and creative self-expression.
It will affect performance and productivity, and make people feel
absolutely miserable. So the cost of achievement is hard work,
commitment towards the work, and the assurance that whether we win or
lose, we have applied our best to fulfil every task.
Life is about development. What looks like a mistake to others has been a milestone in our life. Even if people have betrayed us, even if people misunderstood or judged us, we have to learn from these incidents.

We are human and we make mistakes, but learning from them is what makes the difference.
